1. Prevent your computer from overheating
Overheating is one of the most significant common mistakes that has been made by laptop users. Putting any object near your laptop's fan that blocks the air flow Increasing the temperature in the device makes your computer slow. It also damages some parts like the processor. Place your laptop in an open environment, and you can also buy an external fan for your computer.
2. Uninstall unwanted files from your computer
There are many applications that we install into our computer, and some of them are useless, which are no need to be installed. You should remove all those applications. Some applications running in the background and consume Resources and your computer being slow.
How to uninstall applications -

- 2. open ''program" option
- 3. chose any application
- 4. right-click on the application and click on uninstall
3. Install antivirus software into your computer to remove malware and spyware
A good antivirus software removes viruses, malware, spyware from your computer. Viruses consume resources because of this sometimes computer gets hang, lag, bugs, and crashes.
If you are a windows user, you should install antivirus software on your desktop/laptop.
How to prevent viruses -
Any storage device which is unknown or suppecious should not be directly use in your primary computer, Storage devices like pendrive can be infected or contain some malacious code.
Don't suffer any unknown website, or those site who don't have "https" tag in there URL. "https" sites are secure than "http" sites, "https" sites are encrepted so your personal data is protected.
You should be away from pirated or cracked softwares, Cracked softwares always contain codes which transfer your data to third-party person. Cracked softwares also contain spyware and malwares.
4. delete temp files
The location of a temporary file also varies depending on the program and operating system. With Microsoft Windows, there has always been some form of a temporary directory. Early versions of Windows used the C:\Windows\Temp directory and new versions of Windows store the temp directory in the AppData folder.
All users with recent versions of Windows (e.g., Windows 7, 8, and 10) can click Start and type %temp% to open the temporary directory.
5. Update your windows and application
Microsoft releases patches or windows update. Some users using pirated windows because these windows won't update. every software has some bugs if you not fix it you might be hacked or face

With the passing of time, there is a lot of dust that goes inside the device and increases heating or hardware burning every month you should open your laptop and clean it by using soft brushes.
You can also change your hardware like RAM, CPU, and shift HDD (HARD DISK DRIVE) to SSD (SOLID STATE DRIVE), SSD is faster than HDD.
